Competence and requirements

All our employees have relevant competence in their field. Many positions require certifications, courses and a medical certificate, especially for offshore work and work at height. This is assessed for each position, but typically involves:

  • A trade certificate or relevant experience
  • The necessary certificates (for example SOFT, NDT or equivalent)
  • A valid medical certificate and basic safety training (GSK) where required
What is it like to work at BRV?

We are a business with short decision paths and close cooperation across disciplines. The working day is varied, and you will often work on project-based assignments with clear requirements for progress and quality. We expect you to take ownership of your tasks and contribute actively to the team. At the same time, we facilitate development through experience, cooperation and relevant courses.

The recruitment process

When you apply to us, we assess both professional competence and personal suitability. For some positions we also carry out background checks. The process will normally consist of:
